Conquer Chiari wouldn’t be where we are today without our dedicated volunteers and CCWAA organizers, who donate so much of their time and energy. Please join us today! The Conquer Chiari Walk Across America is a series of local awareness and fundraising walks held across the country on the 3rd and 4th weekend of September (Chiari Malformation Awareness Month) every year. Walk planning begins in January.

Conquer Chiari is looking for 1,000 Chiari Heroes to each raise $1,000 (or more), so that together we will have $1 MILLION to Conquer Chiari!
For people that want to support our mission, but don't have the time it takes for a larger event like Conquer Chiari Walk Across America, we welcome Individual Fundraising efforts. If you are interested in organizing a fundraiser that involves selling tickets, requires insurance, or signed contracts, please email hnebel@conquerchiari.org and fill out our Fundraiser Proposal Form to get started. You will receive a code when you complete each part of this online registration form or when you choose to save and return to this form. WRITE DOWN and SAVE this return code! If you do not save the return code, you will have to start the registration or part of the registration over. UMBTB does not have the return code to give you.
If you have/had any of the below, please contact UMBTB via email at btbdonors@som.umaryland.edu before completing the online registration:
- Cancer treated with chemotherapy
- Stroke
- Known Infectious communicable disease (HIV, Hepatitis, CJD, etc.)
- Have been on a life supporting ventilator
- Active sepsis (at time of death)
